Position Requirements
MUST BE A US CITIZEN TO OBTAIN GOV'T SECURITY CLEARANCE!!
Monitor production cycles each night when needed to complete large production cycles such as Annual Closing. Includes collecting batches, recycling back-up tables, processing
CRMS DARTS input files and troubleshooting (analyzing) any jobs that may abort during the cycle. Additional task include:
- Assisting the client on special projects as assigned.
- Providing process and operations training to new personnel
- Developing ISO 900 documentation and assisting with implementation
Normal office environment with frequent access to computer operations center housing application servers. This position provides support during second shift operations in order to coordinate production cycles with the FSC Bangkok alternate site.
Qualifications
BS in computer science or related field
Four years experience in providing production support to large-scale business systems applications processing
Windows 2000/2003 Server
Control - M is preferred
Scripting (Bat files)
Department of State Financial Systems knowledge
Excellent written and oral skills
